Southwest Saskatchewan’s Welcome Centre Services

Citizenship and immigration services for newcomers to Canada.

We want to help you make responsible, informed and proactive steps toward a successful settlement in Southwest Canada. To make that happen, we look to meet the immediate, intermediate and long-term needs of all newcomers by facilitating the adoption and integration into your new community, sharing holistic and accurate information, and granting access to any additional support you need.

Above all else, we want to provide you with a comfortable and safe environment. Moving to a new country can be difficult and our goal is to make that transition as smooth as possible. If you’re just visiting Swift Current, then we are here to ensure your time is enjoyable and exciting.

Community engagement

Community Engagement

Find opportunities to enjoy and engage with your community.

The Welcome Centre isn’t just a place that provides access to citizenship or immigration services. It is somewhere the community can connect and strengthen their relationships. We want to provide a space where newcomers and service providers can meet, share their stories and hold events or seminars organized by other community organizations.

Whether you’re accessing household items and clothing, joining a sports team, or seeing what events are happening in your community, the Welcome Centre is a place for you to engage with and contribute to Southwest Canada.
