May Women's Group

  • Southwest Newcomer Welcome Centre 237 Central Ave North Swift Current, SK, S9H 0L3 Canada (map)

Women often carry the weight of multiple responsibilities, from work to family to social obligations, and neglecting self care can lead to burnout and negative health outcomes. By prioritizing self care, women can improve their physical and mental health, boost self-esteem, and set a positive example for others. Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish, it's necessary for a happy and fulfilling life.

We are thrilled to have Dr. Priyanka Asegaonkar B.A.M.S. share her knowledge of Ayurveda with us. Learn about this ancient form of medicine and how to use it for your own well-being. She will guide all participants to identify their individual doshas and learn some tips on how to balance them. She will also take us through some simple exercises that we can put into practice on our own.
This is open to all women ages 16 and up.
