Windscape Kite Festival

A world-class family festival!

The 9th Annual Windscape Kite Festival will take place on

Saturday, June 22 and Sunday, June 23, 2013

from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Marston St. and 11th Ave. SW in Swift Current

June 22 and 23 be sure to be in Swift Current for the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival. We will once again have many celebrity kite flyers – some talented ones we have had at previous festivals, and some new ones we are really excited about too!

The festival will feature many of the favourite activities that kids love, but we are pleased to offer a juggling tent this year as well. Children will have to opportunity to learn to juggle, spin plates, and balance peacock feathers. Kids will also be able to get their faces painted from our very talented face painters! They can play in the mystery sandpile, play with bubbles, and splatter paint on our mural too! There is sure to be activities to keep your children occupied and having fun for the whole day!

Our entertainers are one of a kind. Our main stage performer is Gustavo The Impossibilist, a hilarious entertainer for all ages. There will also be stilt walkers on the festival site, to leave you in awe.

On June 22 and 23, come on down to the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival in Swift Current to witness some world class kite talent, and see what this great family festival is all about!

See you there!
